The list is a single bounded `data` array (no pagination) derived from the reviewed price catalog and the wired context-window table — it is not a second authority: a model absent here is exactly one admission refuses as `unpriced_model`, so a client can build a model picker without hardcoding provider strings. `supply_class` is `platform_supply` only for routes with an admissible platform adapter behind them; every other priced route is `byok` and needs a workspace credential for its provider. A model outside this list is still schedulable with your own key — it is unpriced, so a model-spend budget cannot admit it, and its context window falls back to the industry floor.
