List managed provider trigger registrations

List the ProviderWebhookRegistrations owned by one Automation. Each row is lifecycle and health layered on a WebhookSource: auto-registration owns a provider hook, while polling owns durable cadence state and no hook. Registrations are not consulted when the Automation fires. Deleted rows are omitted. The page never paginates in v1.

Checkfu support posture: alpha; hosted. Required evidence journey: automation-firing. Deployment-specific readiness and the latest proven release are available from GET /v1/support/capabilities.
