Open the hosted billing portal

Mints a short-lived hosted billing portal URL for the organization, used to manage payment methods and subscription details. Send Idempotency-Key so a retry returns the same URL within the receipt’s lifetime instead of minting another. The call itself changes no billing state; any change happens inside the portal.

Checkfu support posture: preview; rollout_fenced. Required evidence journey: platform-supply-billing. Deployment-specific readiness and the latest proven release are available from GET /v1/support/capabilities.
