}Enroll a ConnectedRuntime for an Agent
Enrolls an operator-controlled, already-running harness in one call: name the Agent and optional version policy, and the control plane creates the private attachment graph — ExternalInstallation, SurfaceScope, AgentInstallation, and service Principal — alongside the ConnectedRuntime. Returns that whole graph plus the write-only connector bearer exactly once, with 201. Enrollment first freezes a non-secret intent containing the selected immutable AgentRelease semantics, so a retry under the same required Idempotency-Key recovers the same enrollment and a mutable draft edit cannot change it. Register an optional Ed25519 attestation_key here to have signed observation batches graded attested.
