Get a Connection

Read one Connection by id with its complete scope list and egress rules alongside lifecycle, health, drift, and custody adapter. This credential-free projection is the health read for Integration Gateway Connections: capability_refresh is visible drift, not permission to call the incompatible legacy health-check mutation. No provider credential and no custody handle is ever part of this response.
