List Dreams

Page Dreams with limit, the opaque page cursor, and order. Archived dreams are excluded unless include_archived=true, and because archived rows are filtered after paging a page may hold fewer rows than limit — even zero — while next_page is non-null, so follow the cursor until it is null.
