List HarnessProfiles

Returns a cursor page of the workspace’s HarnessProfiles — the logical harness names an Agent references, each joining one HarnessRelease to one HarnessDriver plus non-secret driver configuration. Pass name for an exact logical-name lookup through the workspace’s unique index; that form returns zero or one visible profile, honors page, and always returns next_page: null. Profiles are versioned so promotion re-resolves the same logical name per workspace without changing a published AgentRelease.

Checkfu support posture: alpha; hosted. Required evidence journey: harness-registry. Deployment-specific readiness and the latest proven release are available from GET /v1/support/capabilities.
