}Apply an instruction proposal to its Agent draft
Write the proposal’s result instructions to the target Agent draft through the ordinary attributed PATCH. Only an evaluated proposal that the holdout showed improved may apply, and apply re-verifies the exact base draft revision and text the deltas addressed. Applying is terminal for the proposal; publishing the draft remains a separate human action, and live Sessions keep their admitted version. Accepts an optional Idempotency-Key.
