}List routable models
Returns the reviewed models the gateway can route, each with its provider, model, admitted context_window in tokens, whether it is priced, and its supply_class. The list is a single bounded data array (no pagination) derived from the reviewed price catalog and the wired context-window table — it is not a second authority: a model absent here is exactly one admission refuses as unpriced_model, so a client can build a model picker without hardcoding provider strings. supply_class is platform_supply only for routes with an admissible platform adapter behind them; every other priced route is byok and needs a workspace credential for its provider. A model outside this list is still schedulable with your own key — it is unpriced, so a model-spend budget cannot admit it, and its context window falls back to the industry floor.
