Reads whether this Session currently holds a restorable native continuation capsule. Absence, expiry, shredding, or an unqualified importer never advertise native_exact; portable context remains independently usable. Query use_kind selects recovery versus idle-handoff receipt kind. This read does not export capsule bytes.
