Delete a Session Watch

Removes a Watch from this Session and scrubs its source-bearing row, so the Session is no longer woken by that provider state. The removal is recorded as watch.removed in the event ledger and returns no content. Session erasure, Connection revocation, and Principal erasure remove Watches as well.
