Requeue one dead-lettered (failed) delivery from its owning Session. Checkfu preserves the original delivery id, event id, event type, per-Session sequence, and event timestamp; it schedules a new signed attempt and never fabricates a replacement event. The endpoint must be active, the delivery must still be inside the 30-day diagnostic window, and a non-empty Idempotency-Key is required for safe retries.
