List ExternalIdentityLinks

Returns a page of ExternalIdentityLinks for one ExternalInstallation, which the required external_installation_id query parameter must name. Each link carries the provider member ID, the mapped principal_id, organization-asserted display_name and attributes, and state (active or revoked).
