Begin a Connection reconnect session

Begin reconnect for the named Principal’s exact Integration Gateway Connection and optimistic version. The predecessor remains immutable, a distinct successor revision is reserved before adapter I/O, and the response uses the same durable ConnectionSession and short-lived human-action vocabulary as first connect. Keep that receipt outside model context and use getConnectionSession or observeConnectionSession for follow-up. Requires an Idempotency-Key.
