Observe a Connection session

Refresh one Principal-owned ConnectionSession through its frozen IntegrationRuntime route and return only the durable, secret-free state. This is the session-refresh operation exposed by the ergonomic CLI; it does not request or adopt a capability-snapshot successor. Observation can adopt a completed Connection revision or settle revocation, but never returns the trusted-origin setup URL, a provider response, credential, supplier account id, or placement handle.
