Publish an uploaded Project revision

Publishes a new immutable revision of an upload Project from a complete files manifest, guarded by expected_version. The manifest replaces the tree wholesale rather than patching it, so a path you omit is absent from the new revision. Returns the created ProjectRevision; send an Idempotency-Key so a retry does not publish twice.

Checkfu support posture: alpha; hosted. Required evidence journey: project-mounting. Deployment-specific readiness and the latest proven release are available from GET /v1/support/capabilities.
