Read a file from a Project revision

Returns one file of an immutable Project revision, selected by the required path query parameter, with its digest, byte size, and base64 body. Only uploaded revisions serve bodies here: a Git revision conflicts, because Git blobs are read behind the live Run lease so Connection authority and integrity are re-checked immediately before staging.
