This guide shows you where everything is. You can be up and running in a few minutes.
The left sidebar is how you get around. Here’s what each section does:

Your Projects
Click Projects to see all your worksheets and materials.
Each project shows:
- A preview image
- The name
- When it was last edited
Click any project to open it in the editor where you can view, edit, print, or share it.
The Editor
When you open a project, you’ll see three areas:
Left: Pages
All the pages in your project. Click to switch between them.
Center: Canvas
The main area where you view and edit content.
- Zoom: Ctrl/Cmd + scroll
- Pan: Hold Space and drag
Right: Inspector
When you select something, this panel shows its settings.
Printing
To print or download a project:
- Open the project
- Click the menu (three dots) in the left panel
- Choose Print or Export PDF
For best results, set your browser to “Letter” size and margins to “None.”
Your Courses
Click Courses to see your organized learning content.
Each course shows:
- Name and status (Draft or Published)
- Number of lessons
- How many students are enrolled
Students can only see Published courses. Keep courses in Draft while you’re building them.
Your Students
Click Students to see:
- Everyone enrolled in your workspace
- Their progress through courses
- Work waiting for your review
Click on a student’s name to see their detailed progress.
