The Students section shows everyone in your workspace and their progress through courses.
The Students Page
Click Students in the sidebar to see:
- All students in your workspace
- Their recent activity
- Overall progress across courses
What Students Can Do
Students with the Student role can:
- View published courses
- Complete lessons and quizzes
- Submit work for grading
- Chat with the AI tutor
Students cannot:
- Create or edit projects
- See draft courses
- View other students’ work
- Change workspace settings
Viewing a Student
Click on a student’s name to see their details:
Progress
- Courses they’re enrolled in
- Completion percentage for each
- Total lessons completed
Activity
- Lessons started and completed
- Quiz scores
- Work submitted
Submitted Work
- Everything they’ve turned in
- Whether it’s been graded
- Scores and feedback
Spotting Students Who Need Help
The Students page highlights students who may be struggling:
| Sign | What It Means |
|---|
| No recent activity | Haven’t logged in lately |
| Struggling | Low quiz scores or repeated failures |
| Stuck | Taking too long on one lesson |
| Behind pace | Not keeping up with expected progress |
Adding Students
Students join through invitations:
- Go to Settings → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the student’s email
- Select Student as the role
- They get an email to join
For large classes, ask your admin about bulk import.
