Personal vs. Team Workspaces

Personal Workspace

Created automatically when you sign up:
  • For individual use
  • Your personal projects
  • Can upgrade to team workspace later

Team Workspace

For groups working together:
  • Multiple staff members
  • Shared projects and courses
  • Student enrollment
  • Collaborative editing

Creating a Workspace

  1. Click your profile in the top-right
  2. Select Create Workspace
  3. Give it a name (e.g., “5th Grade Math”)
  4. Invite team members

Switching Workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces:
  1. Click your profile or workspace name
  2. Pick from the list
  3. You’ll see that workspace’s content
