Personal Workspace
Created automatically when you sign up:- For individual use
- Your personal projects
- Can upgrade to team workspace later
Team Workspace
For groups working together:- Multiple staff members
- Shared projects and courses
- Student enrollment
- Collaborative editing
Creating a Workspace
- Click your profile in the top-right
- Select Create Workspace
- Give it a name (e.g., “5th Grade Math”)
- Invite team members
Switching Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces:- Click your profile or workspace name
- Pick from the list
- You’ll see that workspace’s content
