  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Billing
  3. Pick the plan you want
Upgrades happen right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

Roles

Everyone in your workspace has a role that controls what they can do.

Owner

The person who created the workspace. The owner can do everything:
  • Change the plan and billing
  • Invite or remove anyone
  • Delete the workspace
  • Everything an Admin can do
There is one owner per workspace.

Admin

Admins help manage the workspace. They can:
  • Invite or remove members
  • Change workspace settings
  • Create and edit all content
  • Grade student work
  • Manage AI tutors
Admins cannot change billing or delete the workspace.

Member

Members create content and grade work. They can:
  • Create and edit projects
  • Create and manage courses
  • Grade student work
  • Set up AI tutors
Members cannot invite members or change workspace settings.

How to Invite Team Members

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Members
  3. Click Invite Member
  4. Type in their email address
  5. Pick their role (Admin, Member, or Student)
  6. They get an email with a link to join

How to Change Someone’s Role

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Find the person in the list
  3. Click the dropdown next to their name
  4. Pick a new role

How to Remove Someone

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Find the person in the list
  3. Click Remove
  4. Confirm
Removing someone takes away their access right away. Any content they created stays in the workspace.

Students

Students take your courses, complete worksheets, and take quizzes. They have the Student role.

What Students Can Do

  • See published courses
  • Work through lessons
  • Complete worksheets and assignments
  • Take quizzes
  • Chat with the AI tutor
  • See their own progress and grades

What Students Cannot Do

  • Create or edit projects
  • See draft courses
  • See other students’ work
  • Change workspace settings

Adding Students

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Type in the student’s email
  4. Pick Student as the role
  5. They get an email to join

Tracking Student Progress

Once students are working, you can see:
  • Which courses they’re in
  • How far along they are in each course
  • Quiz scores
  • Work they’ve turned in
  • Where they’re struggling
Click on any student’s name to see their full details.

Grading Student Work

When students turn in work through a course:
  1. Go to Students or open the course
  2. Click Needs Grading
  3. Open a submission to review it
  4. If you have an answer key, AI grades it automatically
  5. You can adjust scores and add your own feedback
  6. Save and the student sees their grade

Subscriptions (Coming Soon)

Soon, you’ll be able to charge students for access to your courses.

Creating a Workspace

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
  2. Click Create Workspace
  3. Give it a name (example: “Mrs. Smith’s 5th Grade” or “AP Biology”)
  4. Start adding content and inviting people

Switching Between Workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace:
  1. Click your profile picture or workspace name
  2. Pick from the list
  3. You’ll see that workspace’s content

Tips

Not everyone needs to be an Admin. Give people just the access they need.
Make sure at least one other person is an Admin in case you’re not available.
Remove people who no longer need access, like students from last semester.
